Our unique approach to fitness and weight loss is results driven. We offer energetic fitness and fat loss workout and nutrition programs that includes motivation, accountability and extreme fitness results. Our Fitness Boot camp is held in a group setting to motivate an inspire one another to become our best. This is a mobile camp held at local parks and beaches in the Hermosa, Manhattan and Redondo Beach areas and at our shared space at 1807 Manhattan Beach Blvd, Manhattan Beach CA, 90266 with world-class instruction.

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am
  • Saturday – Sundays: TBD
