I spent years feeling stuck between who I was and who I knew I could become.
Always busy, always trying, but without the clarity or stability I needed to move forward in a meaningful way.
I restarted more times than I can remember.
Not because I lacked effort, but because I was relying on the wrong things - motivation, pressure, rigid routines and sheer willpower.
Real change only started when I began to understand my patterns, my emotions, the environment I was in, and the identity I kept returning to. Once that clicked, everything shifted.
I rebuilt my life from the inside out: more clarity, simpler structure, honest decisions and a version of myself who finally followed through.
TV Method was born from that experience.
